We have a large selection of circuit weight training machines and free weights just waiting for you. If you need some advice on how to get started or are a pro and just need some new idea's, our certified personal trainers can help you out. This location is open to people ages 14 and up.

Our locker rooms have all the
comforts of home. Each locker room
has three showers equipped with hair
and body wash. For your convenience
we also have, free of charge, spray
deodorant, body lotion, and
mouthwash.
